Los Jarales is a small community of 33 houses set in the very heart of the Golf Valley, Nueva Andalucia.

The community sits inside the Internationally renowned Aloha Golf course so residents not only enjoy the splendid views of the plush fairways and perfectly managed greens of the golf course but also stunning views down to the mediterranean sea and beyond, of course there is also the delightful views of Marbella's La Concha mountain which offers a distinctive outlook throughout the day.
The community comprises of 33 properties some are situated within the gates and some are on the higher part, those offering an amazing view of the whole of the community and stunning view beyond, with the pool being the central focal point and being able to watch the golfers pass by. During popular periods in the winter months, owners can benefit from the luxury of the swimming pool being heated.
Gardens are spacious and beautifully kept and offer plenty of greenery within the community, boasting a selection of mediterranean olive trees, palm trees and fruit trees as well as many other floral delights.
The community is an ideal setting for everyone’s needs; well situated for families with the Aloha International College very close by, perfect for golfers being surrounded by one of the best courses in Spain with a great selection of courses close by and just a few minutes drive to local amenities and the world famous ‘Puerto Banus’.
